In order to streamline Payroll Change/Update requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Note: This ticket system was migrated to a new platform on April 6, 2026. Old tickets have been archived. Contact the ADLA Help Desk if you need access to old tickets. We retain Payroll tickets for 1 year.
